Removed GovCloud-specific references in titles and content, simplified account ID section, added section header for differences overview
Security assessment
Changes are editorial - removing redundant GovCloud references and restructuring content. The existing note about TLS FIPS 140-3 compliance remains unchanged and isn't a new security addition.
