AWS batch documentation change
Summary
Added 'Sign up for AWS account' section, replaced 'Create IAM account' references with account signup, and added IAM roles documentation.
Security assessment
Restructured setup steps without changing security substance. Focuses on initial account setup rather than IAM specifics, but doesn't remove existing security guidance.
