Summary

Simplified AWS account sign-up instructions and removed detailed sign-up steps. Replaced with reference to account management guide and retained root user security advice.

Security assessment

The changes streamline account setup documentation without introducing new security content. The retained root user security advice already existed. No vulnerability remediation or new security features are mentioned.
