Summary
Entire content of the DescribeStream API documentation has been removed
Security assessment
The change completely removes the API documentation content without any indication of security vulnerabilities being addressed. While the removed content included a reference to KmsKeyId (a security feature), the deletion itself doesn't address a specific security issue nor add security documentation. The removal appears to be general content cleanup without security context.
