Summary
Added descriptive alt text for all icons/images throughout the documentation
Security assessment
Changes exclusively add accessibility-focused alt text descriptions for visual elements (e.g., 'Red circle with white X icon', 'Green circle with white checkmark'). No modifications to security features, vulnerabilities, or security-related content were made.
