Summary
Added accessibility-focused alt text descriptions for all icons throughout the documentation
Security assessment
Changes exclusively modify image alt text descriptions to improve accessibility (e.g., 'Green circle with white checkmark icon' instead of generic image references). No security vulnerabilities, features, or configurations were added, modified, or discussed. The existing security-related content (abuse detection, guardrails) remains unchanged except for added icon descriptions.
