Summary
Added accessibility-focused alt text descriptions for all icons throughout the documentation
Security assessment
Changes exclusively add descriptive alt text (e.g. 'Green circle with white checkmark icon') to existing icons. No security vulnerabilities, features, or configurations are mentioned or modified. Purely accessibility improvement.
