Summary
Added descriptive alt text to all icon images throughout the document for accessibility purposes
Security assessment
Changes only add descriptive alt text to icons (e.g. 'Green circle with white checkmark icon' for yes, 'Red circle with white X icon' for no) without modifying any security-relevant content. No security vulnerabilities, features, or incidents are addressed.
