Summary
Added descriptive alt text to all icon images throughout the documentation
Security assessment
The changes exclusively add accessibility-focused alt text descriptions to existing icons ('Red circle with white X', 'Green circle with white checkmark'). No security vulnerabilities, features, or configurations are modified or documented. This is purely an accessibility improvement for visually impaired users.
