Summary
Added accessibility-focused alt text descriptions for all icons throughout the documentation
Security assessment
Changes only add descriptive alt text to existing icons (e.g., 'Green circle with white checkmark icon' for positive indicators, 'Red circle with white X icon' for negative indicators). No security vulnerabilities, features, or incidents are referenced or modified in the content. The core documentation about capabilities, features, and security controls remains unchanged.
