Summary
Added descriptive alt text to all icon images for accessibility improvements
Security assessment
Changes only involve adding accessibility-focused alt text descriptions for UI icons. No security vulnerabilities, features, or configurations are modified or documented. Security-related sections like Guardrails and Abuse detection remain unchanged.
