Summary
Added descriptive alt text to all icon images throughout the document
Security assessment
Changes are purely accessibility improvements adding alt text to images. No security vulnerabilities, features, or configurations were modified or documented. Existing security-related features like Guardrails and Abuse detection remain unchanged.
