AWS bedrock documentation change
Summary
Added descriptive alt text to all icon images throughout the document
Security assessment
Changes are purely accessibility improvements (adding alt text to images) with no security context. Existing security feature references (abuse detection, guardrails) were unchanged except for alt text additions.
