Summary
Added descriptive alt text to all icon images throughout the documentation for accessibility improvements
Security assessment
Changes only modify image alt text descriptions without altering security-related content. No evidence of addressing vulnerabilities or security incidents. Security features like abuse detection and guardrails remain documented but unchanged.
