Summary
Added alt text descriptions for all icons/images throughout the document to improve accessibility
Security assessment
The changes only add descriptive alt text to existing icons (checkmarks and X marks) without modifying any security-related content, features, or configurations. There is no evidence of addressing vulnerabilities or security incidents.
