Summary
Removed alt text from icon markdown in feature compatibility tables and region availability sections
Security assessment
Purely cosmetic update to image syntax. No changes to security features like Guardrails or Abuse Detection documentation. The 'No' indicators for security-adjacent features (e.g., Abuse Detection) remain unchanged in meaning.
