Summary
Removed alt text from icon images throughout the document
Security assessment
Only image syntax was modified by stripping alt text indicators. Security features like Guardrails and Abuse Detection remain documented but unchanged. No new security documentation was added, and no evidence suggests this addresses a vulnerability.
