Summary
Removed alt text from all icon image references without altering security-related feature documentation
Security assessment
Purely cosmetic markdown changes (removing 'Yes'/'No' alt text). Security features like 'Guardrails' and 'Abuse detection' remain documented but unchanged. No evidence of security vulnerability fixes or new security content.
