Summary
Modified image syntax to remove alt text across feature tables and region availability sections
Security assessment
Changes are limited to image rendering syntax updates. Existing security feature references (e.g., 'Guardrails', 'Abuse detection') remain unmodified. No evidence of security fixes or new security documentation.
