Summary
Updated image references by removing alt text from all markdown image tags throughout the document
Security assessment
The changes are purely presentational, removing alt text from icon images ('Yes'/'No' indicators). No security-related content was added, removed, or modified. Security features like 'Abuse detection' and 'Guardrails' are still documented but unchanged.
