Summary
Updated GDPR reference link and modified wording about SMS routing providers
Security assessment
Changes update a GDPR compliance link to a more current resource and replace 'utilize' with 'use' in SMS routing description. This is a documentation refinement with no evidence of security vulnerability remediation. The document remains security-focused but no new security features are added.
