AWS interconnect documentation change
Summary
Updated multicloud Interconnect documentation to support additional cloud providers beyond Google Cloud. Added Oracle Cloud Infrastructure details, preview limitations, and generic CSP terminology.
Security assessment
Changes expand provider support and clarify operational steps. No security vulnerabilities, patches, or weaknesses are addressed. Modifications focus on feature generalization and user instructions without security implications.
