AWS connect documentation change

Service: connect · 2026-05-10 · Documentation low

File: connect/latest/adminguide/upgrade-ccp-streams-api.md

Summary

Renamed 'Amazon Connect Streams API' to 'Connect Customer Streams API' throughout the document. Updated console references, support terminology, and CTI adapter documentation links to match new naming convention.

Security assessment

Changes are limited to branding/naming conventions without introducing or modifying security content. The mention of allowlisting Salesforce domains is a pre-existing security practice, not a new security addition or vulnerability fix.
