Summary

Renamed 'Amazon Connect knowledge base' to 'Connect Customer knowledge base' and updated all references throughout the document. Changed login references from 'Amazon Connect admin website' to 'Connect Customer admin website'.

Security assessment

Changes are purely branding/naming updates with no modifications to security controls, encryption methods, or permissions. Encryption reference to 'AWS owned keys' remains unchanged.
