Updated terminology from 'Amazon Connect' to 'Connect Customer' and maintained Voice ID end-of-support notice
Security assessment
Changes are limited to branding updates and maintaining existing deprecation notice. No security vulnerabilities addressed or new security features documented. The existing May 2026 end-of-support timeline remains unchanged.
