Summary
Updated all 'Amazon Connect' references to 'Connect Customer' and maintained existing security permission requirements.
Security assessment
Changes are limited to product name rebranding. Security requirements like the 'Schedule manager - Edit' permission remain unchanged with no new security guidance added.
