Summary
Replaced all occurrences of 'Amazon Connect' with 'Connect Customer' throughout the document. Updated the title from 'Load and penetration / security testing policies for Amazon Connect' to 'Connect Customer'. No substantive changes to security policies or testing requirements.
Security assessment
The changes are purely branding/terminology updates ('Amazon Connect' → 'Connect Customer') with no modifications to security policies, testing requirements, or vulnerability information. The security content about penetration testing restrictions and load testing procedures remains unchanged.
