Summary

Updated terminology from 'Amazon Connect' to 'Connect Customer' throughout the document including product names, service references, and client applications.

Security assessment

Changes are purely branding/nomenclature updates without any modifications to security functionality, encryption standards, compliance statements, or access controls. The PCI DSS compliance reference remains identical except for the product name change.
