Renamed product references from 'Amazon Connect' to 'Connect Customer' throughout the document
Security assessment
Changes are purely cosmetic rebranding of the product name. No security mechanisms, vulnerabilities, or features were modified or added. Encryption methods (TLS, SRTP) and security practices remain unchanged.
