Replaced 'Amazon Connect' with 'Connect Customer' in title, instructions, and interface references
Security assessment
Changes only update product naming conventions without altering security permissions, access controls, or security-related procedures. The security permission requirement ('Content Management - Quick responses - Delete') remains unchanged.
