AWS connect documentation change

Service: connect · 2026-05-10 · Documentation low

File: connect/latest/adminguide/amazon-connect-instances.md

Summary

Updated service branding throughout the document, replacing all instances of 'Amazon Connect' with 'Connect Customer' and 'Next Generation Amazon Connect' with 'Next Generation Connect Customer'.

Security assessment

The changes are purely branding/naming updates without any modifications to security configurations, permissions, or vulnerabilities. References to security features like IAM permissions, identity management, and encryption remain substantively unchanged despite service name updates.
