Summary

Added tagging for security group, CloudWatch log groups, IAM roles, and task definition with project/tutorial identifiers

Security assessment

Changes add resource tags for management purposes. No security vulnerabilities are addressed or security features documented. While security groups and IAM roles are security-related resources, the changes only add metadata tags without altering security functionality.
