AWS code-library documentation change
Summary
Added tags to MSK cluster, IAM policy, IAM role, security group, key pair, and EC2 instance resources.
Security assessment
Changes implement organizational tagging across multiple resources. Security-related settings (like encryption) were pre-existing and unchanged. Tags don't affect security posture.
