AWS code-library documentation change
Summary
Added tags for 'project=doc-smith' and 'tutorial=amazon-managed-streaming-for-apache-kafka-gs' to MSK cluster, IAM policy, IAM role, security group, key-pair, and instance resources.
Security assessment
Changes exclusively introduce resource tags for organizational purposes. Existing security settings (like encryption-in-transit) remain unchanged, and no security documentation is added.
