Summary

Updated model capabilities to include abuse detection and count tokens features, and modified bedrock-mantle endpoint URL.

Security assessment

Adds explicit documentation for 'Abuse detection' security feature previously marked as unsupported. This improves security documentation but shows no evidence of patching a vulnerability.
