Summary
Updated URLs for IAM User Guide references related to Signature Version 4 signing process.
Security assessment
The changes update internal documentation links to point to newer IAM User Guide URLs. While the content is about API request signing (a security feature), the changes themselves are just URL updates with no indication of addressing a specific security vulnerability or adding new security documentation.
