AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Added extensive documentation for private endpoint configuration options including self-managed and managed VPC Lattice resources, private endpoint overrides for JWT authorizer, and updated gateway ARN pattern. Also updated AWS CLI version reference.
Security assessment
