AWS transform documentation change
Summary
Updated service-linked roles documentation to indicate AWS Transform Custom now supports service-linked roles in all regions where the service is available, replacing a limited region list with a reference to the Supported Regions page.
Security assessment
This change updates region availability information for service-linked roles. While service-linked roles are a security feature (IAM roles), this change only expands region support without addressing any specific security vulnerability or weakness. It's a routine documentation update about service availability.
