AWS IAM documentation change
Summary
Added the same set of new code example links as in service_code_examples_iam.md to the scenarios section, covering ECS Service Connect, API Gateway, ECS tasks, CloudWatch, ECS services, Managed Grafana, Lambda, Redshift, IoT Device Defender, EKS, MSK, SageMaker, Config, Step Functions, Secrets Manager, FIS, and Systems Manager
Security assessment
Includes the same security-related examples as the first file: 'Moving hardcoded secrets to Secrets Manager', IoT Device Defender, and Systems Manager. These provide security guidance but don't indicate a specific security issue being addressed.
