AWS AWSEC2 documentation change
Summary
Added two new regions (Asia Pacific (Taipei) and Asia Pacific (New Zealand)) to the serial console endpoint table with their SHA256 fingerprints, and added a markdown version link at the top of the page
Security assessment
The change adds SHA256 fingerprints for new regions which are used for certificate verification when connecting to the serial console. This helps ensure secure connections by providing the expected certificate fingerprints for verification, but does not address a specific security vulnerability.
