Summary

Updated extension version tables for Aurora PostgreSQL releases 17.x, 16.x, 15.x, and 14.x to add new minor versions (17.9, 16.13, 15.17, 14.22) and update extension versions including aws_s3, hypopg, mysql_fdw, oracle_fdw, orafce, pg_bigm, pg_cron, pg_hint_plan, pg_repack, pg_tle, pglogical, pgvector, tds_fdw, and addition of pg_columnmask extension for dynamic data masking.

Security assessment

The changes primarily update extension version compatibility tables and add a new column for dynamic data masking (pg_columnmask). While pg_columnmask is a security feature (data masking), there is no concrete evidence in the diff of addressing a specific security vulnerability, weakness, or incident. The updates appear to be routine version tracking and feature documentation.
