AWS general documentation change
Summary
Added eu-south-2 region to the symmetric cryptographic operations request rate table with a limit of 20,000 per second.
Security assessment
This change only adds a new region to the existing quota table for symmetric cryptographic operations. There is no evidence of a security vulnerability, incident, or weakness being addressed. The change appears to be a routine update to reflect service expansion to a new region.
