AWS general documentation change
Summary
Updated IAM Access Analyzer service quotas table to include new regions (ap-south-2, ap-southeast-4, eu-central-2, eu-south-2, me-central-1) with policy generation limits of 5 per day
Security assessment
This is a routine service quota update for new AWS regions. While IAM Access Analyzer is a security tool, this change only documents service limits and does not address security issues or add security documentation. It's a standard operational update for regional expansion.
