AWS config documentation change
Summary
Updated the list of unsupported AWS regions for the Route 53 Resolver firewall rule group association tagging Config rule, adding Asia Pacific (New Zealand) to the exceptions.
Security assessment
This change updates the regional availability of a tagging compliance rule for a security service component. It is an administrative update for service deployment, not a security fix.
