AWS config documentation change
Summary
Updated the list of unsupported AWS regions for the Redshift Serverless CMK encryption Config rule, adding Asia Pacific (New Zealand) to the exceptions.
Security assessment
This change updates the regional availability of a security feature compliance rule (checking for customer-managed key encryption). The addition of a region to the exception list is a routine documentation update for service availability.
