AWS config documentation change
Summary
Updated the list of unsupported AWS regions for the Redshift default admin check Config rule, adding Asia Pacific (New Zealand) to the exceptions.
Security assessment
This change updates the regional availability of a security best practice rule (checking for changed default admin usernames). Adding a region to the exception list is an administrative update reflecting service rollout, not a fix for a security vulnerability.
