Summary
Updated product name references from 'AWS Blu Age Runtime' to 'AWS Transform for mainframe Runtime' in the rate limiting documentation
Security assessment
This is a rebranding change only. The rate limiting functionality documentation remains the same, describing the same security feature (rate limiting to protect against excessive requests) but with updated product naming. No new security information or vulnerability fixes were added.
