AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated AWS CLI version references from 2.33.8 to 2.33.12 and replaced 'AWS Secrets Manager' with 'Secrets Manager' in transit encryption documentation. Also changed 'AWS Region' to 'Amazon Web Services Region'.
Security assessment
Changes are branding updates (AWS Secrets Manager → Secrets Manager) and CLI version bumps without altering security functionality. No vulnerability fixes, security enhancements, or new security documentation were added.
