AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated references from 'AWS Secrets Manager' to 'Secrets Manager' and 'AWS Region' to 'Amazon Web Services Region'. Also updated CLI version references from 2.33.8 to 2.33.12.
Security assessment
The changes are branding/naming updates without altering security functionality. No vulnerabilities or security weaknesses are addressed. Transit encryption documentation remains functionally identical, just with updated service names.
