AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated AWS CLI version references from 2.33.8 to 2.33.12 and standardized terminology by replacing 'AWS Secrets Manager' with 'Secrets Manager' and 'AWS Region' with 'Amazon Web Services Region'
Security assessment
Changes are purely terminological updates (branding consistency) and version number bumps. No security vulnerabilities are mentioned or addressed. Transit encryption documentation remains functionally identical with only naming changes.
